Please submit an application for each event you wish to trade at. Each event is reviewed and approved individually. We aim to respond to all applications within 10 working days, although we typically reply sooner. If you have applied for multiple events, please note that decisions will be sent separately and may arrive on different days.
Successful applicants will receive an approval email along with an invoice for the pitch fee within 5 working days of approval. The invoice is due one week from the date of issue, and your stall is only confirmed once payment has been received.
